Orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS or Freight to addresses in the continental US only. SDS Imports will not be liable for damage, loss or theft of any order mishandled by the carrier. Please ensure your address is correct and complete before submitting any order. SDS Imports does not guarantee delivery times based on estimates provided by any carrier or tracking information, as unforeseen circumstances beyond our control can affect the transit time of any order. Shipping information is sent automatically when your order is processed and shipping label generated, please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to make tracking information available. This information will be provided via email and can also be checked by logging into your account.

High-value orders are insured at the customers expense and a direct signature may be required to confirm delivery in certain circumstances. SDS Imports will not be liable for orders delivered to common mailrooms, porches or other locations that are unattended by the recipient(s) that are lost or stolen. SDS Imports will provide the customer required documents for filing a claim with the respective carrier in the event of loss/theft of item(s) that are marked delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout. SDS Imports in not liable for any loss or theft of items as a result of any shipping information, delivery address or recipient is changed/modified from the information provided at checkout with the carrier once the items have been shipped and are in transit. Should a customer(s) waive any signature requirement they assume all responsibility for any incurred loss.

All sales of firearms are final, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on firearms. Parts, Accessories, and Magazines purchased from SDSImports.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in NEW condition and in the original package. Any items that have been used, modified, or damaged due to abuse or negligence cannot be returned or exchanged. The customer is responsible for shipping expenses and must obtain a Return Authorization from SDS Imports prior to returns being accepted. Refunds and Exchanges are not guaranteed and shall be issued at the discretion of SDS Imports in either a full or prorated amount.

Factors such as severe weather, holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in order processing. Magazines over certain capacities may not be shipped to the following destinations:
California: No magazines over 10 rounds.
Illinois: No magazines over the below capacities will be shipped to customers with shipping addresses in the following areas.

Cook County, Illinois: maximum capacity of 10 rounds.
Chicago, Illinois: maximum capacity of 10 rounds.
Colorado: No magazines over 15 rounds.

District of Columbia: No magazines over 10 rounds.

All warranties offered are covered by the manufacturer of their respective products, please contact them directly in the event you need assistance with a warranty claim.

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to service the Lynx-12, VP-12, TAC-12, Civet-12, MFPA, TAC-12, ANG-4, S12, AR-T02, DUO-SYS, NK-01, P3, or any other models imported under the Radikal or Armaelegant brand names or imported prior to 1/1/22. SDS Imports no longer maintains contact with these brands and as such have exhausted all available replacement parts without the ability to procure additional repair parts, nor will we be able to service these firearms. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding in this matter.

Currently due to varying and complex rules in many states, cities and localities we do not ship ANY firearms to the following:
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Washington State and Washington, DC.
While we do understand some items may be legal in your area, the complexity of laws in your jurisdiction(s) and changes to those laws have prompted us to use a general guideline in these instances and prohibit items based on this information.

• Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered
• Please note, some order issues may require a police report to be filed

• For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 2 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 60 days from the order date
• For international orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 60 days from the order date.

• Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and items(s) and must be filed no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.
